Description:   Senior-level Business Analyst responsible for gathering, analyzing and prioritizing requirements to facilitate the development of new systems and modifications.

Will support other Business Analysts, Stakeholders and team members on business requirements projects and help to determine alternative solutions.

Will document and translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements

Will follow standards and methodologies from the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and CMMi program

Will develop software/vendor comparison analyses to expand inventory of recommended solutions





Requirements:   At least 5 years business analysis experience with extensive knowledge of Variable Annuities Product line
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
Will attending additional in-house Business Analyst training
