The Rosen Group provides its contractors with the opportunity to enroll in the following benefits: Health Insurance with company contribution (Aetna HMO or POS); Colonial Life Supplemental Insurance (Dental, Life, Disability, Accident, Cancer and Critical Illness); Great West 401K Plan with company match; and Holiday and Vacation Pay, when applicable. Eligibility for benefits is dependant upon a variety of things, including length of assignment and amount of uninterrupted service with The Rosen Group.

Various service awards are given at the discretion of The Rosen Group. In addition, The Rosen Group will pay $250.00 to any existing contractor who refers an applicant who accepts an assignment through The Rosen Group. The applicant must remain on the assignment for at least 30 days.
